Your Inventory Package (Comprehensive and Express) will contain the following: Two DVDs containing the report, pictures and video.  Creation of a detailed inventory of your property. (mfg., model, serial #) Digital photographic record of the inventoried property. Digital video of the interior and exterior of the premises. A notarized letter referencing both the DVD serial number and the date the premises was inventoried. There are several free resources that will enable you to successfully inventory the contents of your home or office and we encourage everyone to complete an inventory of your property at some point. Unfortunately, we know from experience that few homeowners get around to accomplishing the task. We’ve heard it all: - It’s simply too time consuming - Too tedious - Did I do it right? - Did I get everything? - Is my photo and video of sufficient quality? - Wow it took me all day on a Saturday to complete only half of my inventory! Bottom line, the task can be a bit overwhelming and our team is standing by to make this process much easier than ever before. In creating Home and Office Inventories—we conduct an on- site written, photo and video documentation, meticulously sifting through Residential and Commercial properties identifying and cataloging ALL personal possessions for homeowners and all business assets for business owners. If the unimaginable were to occur; such as a structure being destroyed and the contents no longer exist, we expertly assist you by first providing your insurance carrier with a digital and/or physical copy of your inventory. We will also work with your adjuster in recreating the contents of inventory items that may have been purchased since the completion of your inventory.  As part of the service, we'll help clarify what your insurance does – and doesn’t – cover. You could have the best inventory in the world, but it won’t do you much good if you don’t have the right kind of insurance.
